Refund & Exchange Policy

Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive before the courier leaves.

  • If you wish to return or exchange, items must be handed directly back to the courier at the time of delivery. Only the delivery fee will be charged.

  • Exchanges require placing a new order online.

Note: Partial acceptance is not allowed. You must either receive or return the entire package.

After Acceptance

Returns and exchanges are accepted within TWO DAYS of receiving your order.

Please note that all return or exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed via Instapay.  

Delivery Coordination

Please coordinate with the courier to ensure you have enough time to inspect and try on your items upon arrival.


Order & Payment Policy

Deposit for Large Orders

For orders of four (4) items or more, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
If the deposit is not completed within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery three (3) times.
If all attempts fail, the order will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Customers with two (2) previously canceled orders must complete full upfront payment for their third order.


Product Defect Policy

We cover any manufacturing defects reported within 14 days from the date of your order.
Defect claims beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
